Pep Manufacturing is a CNC job, production, and prototype shop located in Mentor, Ohio owned by Diane Pepka. Her husband Joe Pepka, Sr. serves a vice president and oversees the production and CNC programming. It is Joe and Diane family that keeps the business going. Pep Manufacturing has been serving its customers with quality machining since 1997. It began with one machine but has grown over the years into a state of the art CNC machining center.
Quality Standards & Equipment
Modern CNC systems are all-inclusive in their ability to provide highly automated end to end component manufacturing from design using computer-aided design (CAD) to production using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs. Pep Manufacturing uses GibbsCAM software to run their DMG/Mori Seiki machine tools which include CNC lathes, vertical machining centers, 5axis turning and robot fed turning lathes and support equipment.
